Brian Duce

Brian has lived in Snohomish County his entire life. Married to his wife, Brenda, for 41 years, they have 6 children and currently 17 grand children. Scout, their yellow lab, has been a part of the law practice team for 13 years with many client’s and delivery people seeking him out each week.

Brian has been active in the community his entire life. This has included serving on the YMCA Board, Little League Board, Coaching various sports for his children over the many years, and Rotary. He has held many leadership callings in church.  He has counseled with many people about life's challenges and loves working with today’s youth.

Prior to becoming an attorney he was a painting contractor doing new construction, commercial and residential painting. He continued this business both through the University of Washington school of Business Administration, and what was University of Puget Sound Law School at the time but later became Seattle Pacific University School of Law.

He understands the hard working men and women of our community. He spends time each day answering people's questions about the law and how it affects them. Many of those individuals just need to be pointed in the right direction and given some tools to start the process themselves.
